International company dedicated to the production of artisanal hard liqueur is looking for:

National Sales Manager 

  • Location: Mexico City
  • Education: Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, etc.
  • Years of experience: at least 5 years in similar positions, designing and implementing sales and marketing plans and developing strategic alliances with wholesalers, distributors, retail stores and restaurant/bar operators in the alcoholic beverage industry.
  • MUST: advanced english

Responsibilities:

  • Development of strategic sales and marketing plans for each individual brand and innovation development from ideation to execution.
  • Brand architecture development: positioning, communication, campaigns, strategic customer segmentation, pricing, sales volume, etc.
  • Market development to increase sales of products and innovations in different commercial channels.
  • Negotiation with clients and development of strategic alliances.
  • Create sales plans for different regions and territories that align with the company’s objectives.
  • Profit and loss responsibility within each trade channel.
  • Budget administration.
  • In charge of the commercial income of the business in Mexico in all brand divisions to optimize the commercial profitability of the region.

Soft Skills:

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, the ability to influence people, high level sales and negotiation skills, the ability to inspire other staff, strong organizational and planning skills, numerical and strategic thinking, proactivity, information technology skills and leadership.
