  • Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related
  • Bilingual (English-Spanish)
  • Resourceful person
  • Provide administrative support in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using Microsoft Office
  • Must be able to work independently and multi-task
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills, both oral and written

Job responsibilities:

  • Managing daily tasks from the tax team
  • Work as a liaison between different departments
  • Assisting CPA’s partners with any required task
  • Preparing and filing tax returns and work papers
  • Interview clients regarding income and expenses, and review income statements, expenditure documentation, and other financial records
