Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related
- Bilingual (English-Spanish)
- Resourceful person
- Provide administrative support in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- Must be able to work independently and multi-task
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills, both oral and written
Job responsibilities:
- Managing daily tasks from the tax team
- Work as a liaison between different departments
- Assisting CPA’s partners with any required task
- Preparing and filing tax returns and work papers
- Interview clients regarding income and expenses, and review income statements, expenditure documentation, and other financial records
