We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to serve in a key role for our CPA firm in Brickell. Our client is a CPA firm with more than 35 years of growth. We are searching for a highly motivated and skilled candidate to fill a challenging and rewarding position as an Administrative
Assistant. The company provides highly personalized service to a broad range of clients, including professional athletes, wholesalers, retailers, real estate, health care, mortgage companies, restaurants, among others.

Position Responsibilities
• Assist daily operation at the management office.
• Coordinate and track important dates and meetings, such as turnover, annual, and budget meetings.
• Ensure that the telephone is answered properly, and emails are overseen courteously, accurately, and responded to in a timely manner.
