Candidate Profile:

  • 1-2 years of experience in the accounting field
  • Bachelors in Finance or Accounting
  • Knowledge on how to use QuickBooks software
  • Preferably experience working in a CPA

Job responsibilities:

  • Posting financial transactions in appropriate accounts
  • Utilizing Bookkeeping spreadsheets, databases, and software like QuickBooks
  • Observing and reporting any differences found in the records
  • Maintaining the general ledger and journals
  • Receiving and recording vouchers, cash, and checks
  • Arranging bank deposits
  • Ensuring accuracy in reporting and postings figures
  • Generating income statements, balance
