- 1-2 years of experience in the accounting field
- Bachelors in Finance or Accounting
- Knowledge on how to use QuickBooks software
- Preferably experience working in a CPA
Job responsibilities:
- Posting financial transactions in appropriate accounts
- Utilizing Bookkeeping spreadsheets, databases, and software like QuickBooks
- Observing and reporting any differences found in the records
- Maintaining the general ledger and journals
- Receiving and recording vouchers, cash, and checks
- Arranging bank deposits
- Ensuring accuracy in reporting and postings figures
- Generating income statements, balance
