Customer Service Specialist

Growing Contact Center is searching for a Customer Service Specialist to join their operation and contribute with their exponential growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat.
  • Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features.
  • Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions.

As a Customer Service Specialist they identify customer needs, respond to customer queries, and collaborate with internal departments to optimize customer services and brand awareness.

  • Respond to associate inquiries via telephone, email or online live chat sessions by providing information on account balances, credit limits, order status, shipping information, associate discounts and earnings
  • Connect sales associates, training materials, product information, sales tools and other resources
  • Assist sales associates with dedicated sales force web portal by helping them register for accounts, assisting with password resets and offering instruction for website features such as placing orders, accessing training videos and tracking sales figures

Skills, Experience, and Knowledge Required

  • At least 2 years’ experience as a customer service specialist, or a similar customer support role.
  • Extensive experience in gathering and interpreting customer experience information.
  • Solid knowledge of online customer engagement platforms and channels.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
