The Facilities Manager will be responsible for general maintenance and installation duties for the manufacturing facilities.


  • Installation of manufacturing equipment, fixtures, electrical and safety systems
  • Receive daily instruction from immediate superior and perform tasks as required
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, written instructions, and diagrams to perform task on hand
  • De-bur and grind metal as necessary to achieve proper surface texture
  • Assist to assemble components such as mounting bracket/support and other components based on engineering design
  • Perform welding, brazing and other types of work
  • Coordinate with co-workers to maximize the productivity and improve installation efficiency
  • Ensure the workplace is well organized, clean and always comply to 5S standard
  • Take appropriate safety precaution and ensure safety compliance
  • Obey the company rules and regulation

Candidates Profile:

  • High School or Technical qualifications required
  • A minimum of 2 years working experience in a similar role
  • Experience with mechanical and electrical systems
  • Ability to work with hardware tools and power equipment
  • Extremely organized with good communication skills
  • Detail-orientated with an aptitude for problem-solving
