HVAC Company is looking for someone that plans, directs, and coordinates the activities of the engineering departments, product development, sustaining engineering, product application, facilitating efficient engineering department to support sales and manufacturing operations and sales across the organization.


✓ Provides leadership, supervision, direction, and training to the team of product engineers and technical specialists
✓ Oversee, analyze, investigate and develop process workflow, supervise and monitor their consistent implementation to ensure the team meeting timeline, and in compliance with Sales, quality, manufacturing, safety and reliability requirements
✓ Responsible for verifying that all assigned product line designs and factory orders comply with applicable standards, customer requirements and sound engineering principles, including those of ETO (engineered to order) based
✓ Oversee continuous improvement of existing products, sustaining engineering, design enhancement and cost down activities
✓ Lead on development paths of new product design and development, technology, regulations and related activities of HVAC equipment, in meeting the application standards, customer/market requirements with sound and advance engineering principles.
✓ Promote product quality, safety and performance, lead on product certification and compliance process and activities, for AHRI and ETL certifications
✓ Collaborates with manufacturing, supply chain team and leadership to set and assess priorities across teams, makes and implements recommendations to reduce costs and improve efficiency
✓ Responsible for providing technical support to Sales/Marketing, Warranty Service, Quality Control & Production Departments, Associate Companies and Customer as needed
✓ Any other duties assigned by the management or as detailed in the Quality Documents

Required skills:
✓ Organization skills necessary to manage multiple assignments and priorities
✓ Strong technical knowledge in HVAC and air conditioning system
✓ Proactive, strong networking capabilities and relationship management skills
✓ Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure and strong team player.
✓ Good written and verbal English communication skill and presentation skill
✓ Very proactive, innovative, team-player, analytical-minded
✓ Computer skills, including MS Office, PowerPoint etc.
✓ At least minimum 5 years’ Managerial experiences in HVAC industry, preferable in chiller manufacturing industries
